"Azanian Doll Debuts New Single "Act Right" , Listen"

Semakaleng Azanian Doll/Smah Yellow Paledi is an 18 year old artist who is originally from Limpopo, grew up in Mpumalanga and is currently situated in Pretoria. She always wanted to become a artist, she's been aspiring to be one since the age of 10. So she has helped a couple of other rappers in their writing and since then saw that she actually wanted to create music of her own as she went out to buy her own studio equipment to start making music. She is a Film & TV Production Student at RMA.

Azanian Doll is inspired by female artists in America like Kash Doll, Asian Doll, Cuban Doll, Dashja Doll, Dream Doll and Ivorian Doll.

The name Azanian Doll means African Doll. Her first single is inspired by the subgenre of Detroit rap but she speaks about her African Roots. She thought to let her first single to be in the influence of Detroit rap because of how the females doing the music in that genre influence her and give her confidence as she plainly put it "their music is like a self confidence ritual to me"On the single she worked with Finesse Truth who mixed and mastered the track after she recorded it with her own equipment in her bedroom and also with Distiih Myxtra who made her artwork as shown below:
She definitely plans on making more music not only in the genre of Detroit Trap but pop and most subgenres of hip-hop as well.

B-Reigns Crowned Winner Of 'Expo-Sure' Season 1 Hosted By Eses Ent Earlier this year,  Eses Entertainment  introduced its latest initiative Expo-sure Season 1 which is a platform primarily made for performing artists situated in the provinces of North West and Northern Cape to demonstrate their abilities to a larger audience.
