Brightens up the vocals for a more "professional sound" One of the keywords are "Brightens", which refers to a tonality when the signal is rich in high frequencies. To make the vocal "poke" out of the mix this is one of the best ways as it creates a type of lift to the vocal that when done to proper taste, can be the difference between your vocal sounding bland and your vocal sounding crisp. Last year we published an article citing that T-Dngr.Boy was one artist to look out for ( read here ). Just over a year later he's proved to be one of the most consistent artists on the rise and this has scored him a nomination at this year's MAMAs under Best Hip Hop Artist category. When we asked the Matatiele raised artist about what he has been up to lately, this was his response; Just dropped Being strong 2.0 last week friday..... done shooting the music video for Being strong 2.0 , I'll be dropping the video sooner than expected. Am done recording my first ever album titled " Kabeloa Manong " which consists of 12 tracks including songs like Being strong 2.0 , Oreratile and Uyang'basela It seems like we'll be getting a Being Strong installment every year but this is just our assumption because the rapper hasn't mentioned it yet. To vote for T-Dngr.Boy, SMS " MAMA 2051 " to 40439 each SMS costs R2.00 Contact T-Dngr.Boy for booking...
This right here is a song review of Dojor J's latest offering, Posses. If you don't know who this man is, you should now. Representing Siyabuswa, Mpumalanga, Dojor J showcases his new age fusion of rap and trap. On this joint he features Iceonthewave, another upcoming rapper also based in Johannesburg. Posses is by far one of the fewer more relaxing rap songs I've listened to. Something I'd play while chilling on the balcony with a significant other. ad space A d space
