Ryz053 Drops A New Single Titled Meditation

Ryan who's stage name is Ryz053, people usually think his rap name is Don Quix because it's the name on his socials.

Basically Ryz053 moved to Johannesburg to study at SAE Institute, Bachelors in Sound Engineering. He also wants to get a degree to open up his opportunities regarding such as going into radio, setting up live events etc. And to increase my knowledge and get more experience in a commercial recording studio. And also one of his other reasons other that jobs the networking opportunities , and he also wants to challenge himself in a new environment. There are also off campus recording studios that can hire the students at his school when they are in their 2nd or 3rd year.


Before or while he moved to Johannesburg he released a song titled Meditation on the 11th of March which in the song he speaks about how traumatic his past few months as some of his friends have passed on and also his grandmother.

On the first verse it's him speaking to God on how he feels and how one day it might end as he is struggling to carry on , and its him also praying to God for better days to come and explaining how he deals with his problems as he has been picked on, doubted and ultimately underestimated which led to him to start drinking and smoking as a way to relieve all the pain of his life caused by his low self-esteem. But now his coping mechanisms are getting out of hand.

The second verse is dedicated to a few of his friends, one of which was depressed and commited suicide and had another friend that died in a car accident in Long Street Kimberley recently and how it sometimes keeps him up at night thinking about how easy it would be if he could just pass on and how all his problems would just disappear what the consequences of him helping himself pass on are. Plus it ends with a gunshot and silence symbolising his life ending.

He moved to Johannesburg with all his equipment and he made the beat, wrote the lyrics and engineered the song himself as the song is indeed about his experiences.

B-Reigns Crowned Winner Of 'Expo-Sure' Season 1 Hosted By Eses Ent Earlier this year,  Eses Entertainment  introduced its latest initiative Expo-sure Season 1 which is a platform primarily made for performing artists situated in the provinces of North West and Northern Cape to demonstrate their abilities to a larger audience.
